And again, “Praise the Lord all you Gentiles, and let all the peoples praise Him.” Romans 15:11

 

Praise, it’s something we all enjoy receiving. Hard work or accomplishing a task oftentimes bring praise from fellow co-workers, family members or people within the realm of your influence. It shows that they are conscious of your efforts and praise brings encouragement to do better.

 

Today’s scripture is a good reminder to praise God for all He has done in your life. God is good and He loves His creation, you and me. He wants to bring everyone into His family, so He can provide love, hope and forgiveness in this fallen world. Praising God brings awareness of His goodness and you acknowledge specific things such as answered prayers, financial support or simply navigating through a difficult situation.

 

I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. John 10:14

 

It shouldn’t take long to really find God’s blessings and goodness in your life. Make it a habit to praise Him throughout the day….it’s a continuation of prayer (1 Thessalonians 5:17). As your praise coincides with your day, you’ll develop more confidence and trust in the Lord to help see you through every obstacle you encounter.
