Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch out Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and Your right hand will save me. Psalm 138:7

It’s been called the “invisible enemy”. Covid has affected millions of lives across the globe. Our country’s leaders and medical professionals have a list of recommendations to prevent the spread of this unseen virus, and put into place restrictions and mandatory injections to protect people. All the while, this virus keeps spreading to the young and old, even those vaccinated. This virus also bypasses some people in the same home where others have been infected.  The result; making people live in fear for their lives and stop living life. Everyone has their opinion and I accept that. My personal view is the show must go on! We shouldn’t stop living, making memories and doing the work of the Lord.

Today’s verse gives hope to those who have faith in God. Its certainly ok to take preventative measures, but to live in fear is not what God intended for His children.  At some point your trust in God to shelter you must be greater than the fear that’s being instilled by people who have an alternative agenda. And yes, I said it. I truly believe Satan is behind the scenes to instill fear around the world and he is doing a great job.

Whose directing your life? Make the decision to listen to God’s voice of direction and trust in His hand of protection against this invisible enemy. Yes, some will get sick and die, as well all have our “appointed time” (Ecclesiastes 3:2). But don’t let that make you live in fear and miss out on the blessings of life. Trust in God today and make it a life worth living. God bless!
